How to use shaving soap
After cleansing and exfoliating the skin, the shaving soap should be applied to wet, warm skin to ensure the best possible preparation for shaving. For a particularly creamy lather, use a shaving bowl and a shaving brush: swirl the brush over the soap to create a lather, then massage it into the skin – which has been moistened with hot water – using circular movements. Allow 2 to 3 minutes for this. For a quicker application, you can also lather the soap in your hand and apply it directly to the skin. Make sure to rinse your hands after application before using the razor.
