Ordering process

Disclaimer: The sample order process set out below has been drawn up by a solicitor. It complies with the legal requirements for a typical online shop aimed at consumers.

1. Shopping basket

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button. This will add your selection to the basket. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by adjusting the quantity of products, removing items by ticking the ‘Remove’ box, or cancelling the ordering process. Clicking the “Checkout” button takes you to the next step in the ordering process.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account; otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with data protection regulations (Privacy Notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select your delivery method. Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next stage of the order process.

3. Check billing address / Select payment method

Please now check your billing address and select your preferred payment method. Click the ‘Next’ button to proceed to the next stage of the order process.

4. Check delivery address

Please now check your delivery address and select your preferred delivery method. Click the ‘Next’ button to proceed to the next step in the ordering process.

5. Complete the order process / Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

You will see an overview of your order: the selected products, the delivery and billing addresses, and your contact details. Please check that all the details are correct and read the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (tick the box). By clicking the “Buy” button, you are submitting your order to us. In doing so, you are making a legally binding offer.
