HELFE Spruce Fragrance Oil brings the scent and freshness of the forest into the sauna. Thanks to its high-quality essential oils, it creates an invigorating and stimulating atmosphere for body and mind.

Effects: Invigorating, Refreshing, Revitalising

Directions for use: Sauna infusion: Add 1 teaspoon to the water pot (approx. 5 l water), then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never pour the fragrance blend directly onto the hot stones! Aromatherapy lamp: Can be used either undiluted or diluted with water in aromatherapy lamps and diffusers. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the lamp.

If any skin irritation or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use immediately.
