Burdock root No. 32 Organic burdock root extract
This mild soap, made with ingredients from certified organic cultivation, is ideal for washing your hair. The burdock root extract, with its bioactive properties, soothes an irritated scalp, helps with dandruff and adds shine to your hair. The creamy lather cleanses your hair and scalp of dust, dirt and oil, leaving behind a subtle fragrance. We avoid chemical additives such as emollients, silicone or preservatives entirely. Give your hair one to two weeks to get used to this new, natural care routine!
Tip: The ‘acidic rinse’ as a conditioner
For extra shine and easier combing, as well as to remove any limescale residue, an acidic rinse is recommended: Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to one litre of water and pour or spray the mixture over the lengths of your hair after washing (do not apply directly to the scalp, as this strips the skin of its natural oils and encourages it to produce more oil more quickly). This can be repeated several times without any concerns. Rinsing is not strictly necessary: the smell dissipates quickly once your hair is dry. The ideal concentration and frequency of the acidic rinse depend on the water hardness and your hair type – you’ll need to experiment to find what works best.
