Shipping costs
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate for delivery, which can be found in the table below. We deliver within Austria, to Germany and the other EU member states (see listing below), as well as to the USA and Canada. We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein via our Swiss branch: www.wienerseife.ch. We deliver to all other countries on request by phone or e-mail, but not via the Online shop. Delivery time
The delivery time within Austria and Europe is 3 to 4 working days. Experience shows that the delivery time to the USA and Canada is 8 to 10 working days (this does not include any delays caused by country-specific import regulations or delays/storage during customs clearance).
